Reporting, etc. He previously served in leadership roles at PG&E, specializing as a Senior
Vegetation Program Manager and work verification auditor. At PG&E, Robert directed
vegetation management programs affecting 100+ distribution circuits across 40+ communities,
reducing wildfire ignition risk through strategic trimming, hazard tree removal, and compliance
auditing. His work verification audits identified compliance gaps affecting utility liability and
established corrective frameworks adopted across multiple regions. His track record includes
solution-oriented, transparent reporting, legal research, contract drafting and review, partnership
development, and regulatory advocacy.
